The matchmaking was a good success and brought in lots of positive feedback from the participants. In the four rounds of matchmaking many interesting discussions were held, new contacts and new partnerships were made. Through this effective concept, the matchmaking offered a valuable opportunity to speak effectively to many potential business partners within a short time.
Furthermore, guided tours were conducted by the hosts EMS Evolves and Aeronamic.
EMS demonstrated innovative storage solutions for hydrogen and the production of composites and metal. Techniques such as flow forming, electron beam wielding and thermal treatments were presented and explained to the visitors.
Aeronamic presented the latest technologies for precision engineering and MRO services of aircraft products and components. Among the techniques demonstrated were 3D printing, overspeed testing and balancing, shot peening, fluorescent penetration testing.
